Heat treatment
In order to achieve the required mechanical properties, case hardening, and neutral hardening is applied in accordance with the technical specification of each family of products. All the coil wire used in our production plants are phosphate free, which reduces brittleness and micro crack related problems.
Temperature and atmosphere conditions are controlled by a specific software that guarantees the process conditions and the properties of the final product, as well as the traceability of all the processed batches.
